Hot off the 3D Printing Press

With all of the customisations that were needed, it was time to get creative on how we were going to make everything fit and more importantly, how we were going to make it all safe! As I have said several times already, high voltage electricity is extremely dangerous. To ensure an electric vehicle is safe, all HV components need to be properly insulated. Because the battery had to be completely reconfigured, we needed a way of making a custom insulators to ensure everything would be safe. 3d printing to the rescue!
